01 MEET
The first meeting is most likely used as a fact finding mission. You may well have already planned and have a vision for your space. If not we can recommend space planners and help get you started. We want to understand your vision and make a list of aims and objectives allowing us to provided an accurate time scale for the project.
02 PLAN
Once we understand the work required, we'll put together a detailed Construction Phase Plan providing method statements and risk assessments making sure we are fully compliant with all health and safety requirements. We want to cause as little disruption to your business as possible and are happy to discuss the best ways to achieve this. Our flexible team are well versed in working out of hours to accommodate your needs.
03 FIT-OUT
We take great pride in delivering an outstanding project. 30 years experience in this sector combined with a tried and tested in house team results in a quality fit out. Our dedicated project manager will be on hand making sure everything is delivered on-budget, on-time and with minimal disruption. You can rest assured that when our team leave your office, it will be a ready to use fully functioning space.
Conveniently situated just north of London allows us to serve the capital and other leading towns and cities such as Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham and Leicester to name a few.
